Le Bois Coupe - la ruine

What can I say. This was available when I bought the main property and so i took it for the land rather than the building. In fact it is the most attractive, but also derelict when I purchased it. It is just the nicer building a little further from the lane and backing onto the woods.

There is a separate building with a large cellar beneath the local village oval oven.

The garden is to the East of this smaller building with a well built into the wall.

Across the courtyard is a solid stone wall and then the fields that separate the two properties.
